We've made new friends with Alliant Techsystems LLC, the company who operates the lake city ammunition plant for the US Government in independence MO.
They are leasing out excess building space to commercial entities in the area. We are soliciting a lease at lake city ammunition plant.
They can lease the space that Brad would need for his all-US Veteran work force to make a full scale assembly line of the Mongo Chair.
THE TECHNICAL INSTRUCTION AND LABOR FORCE:
There is a machine shop that is a skilled component manufacturer and technical school in the Kansas City region. The school will provide the machinist and fabrication skills training for veterans and non-veterans. They could potentially become the All-Veteran workforce for the Mongo Chair operation. There is a possibility the school would also provide veterans assistance for this schooling too.
MONGO CHAIR PRODUCTION TIMELINE
1 – 3 Months
Develop subleasing agreement with Lake City ARMS.
Build out the Lake City Production Facility to begin production.
Organize the Inbound (Materials) and Outbound (Fulfillment) Supply Chain.
Develop & Test Nationwide Marketing Campaigns.
Hire & train manufacturing & assembly staff, customer service staff, and hire/ outsource accounting, human resources, and legal team.
3 – 6 months
Go Live With Client Acquisition Marketing Campaigns

Produce Mongo Chairs and

Streamline production & delivery processes
Expand marketing and client acquisition systems.
Our 12-month Goal: Put 1,000 Mongo Chairs into service throughout the United States.
